Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

for Wisdom In Nature's (WiN's) Online Courses and Offerings

In  signing up for, registering, or purchasing any online course, or offering, provided by Wisdom In Nature (WiN), you agree to the following:
 

1. The course or offering is solely for use of the person registering for the course and not for use by anyone other than that individual.
   
   
2. Your username and password are solely for your own use to access the course or offering. You are welcome to change your password, and agree not to share your password or give access to your account in any way to anyone else without clear written consent from Wisdom In Nature.
   
   
3. You agree that you will not copy any of the course content (except under the conditions of any specific copyright permissions stated on any specific course material), whether in English or any other language, without clear written consent from Wisdom In Nature. We are a very small passionate organisation, and we welcome you to link to our website and course landing pages, and to reach out to collaborate. 
   
   
4. The time-period of access for any product or offering may be for a limited time period. This time-period will be stated on the detailed description page for that product or offering; or otherwise in a way that is reasonably clear at a stage before payment is made. In the event of live courses that include online course content, the online course access should be assumed to be available only for the duration of the live course unless otherwise communicated.
   
   
5. Refund Policy: Our courses and offerings take dedicated time and effort to be put together. Once purchased, the course fees will be non refundable unless communicated otherwise. We thus recommend checking out the course description as best you can to help you decide if you wish to make the purchase. 
   
   
6. WiN Monthly Donor Discount: Any WiN monthly donor fee option is exclusively for WiN monthly donors. If you sign up to a course using this option and are not a WiN monthly donor,  you understand you will lose course access without refund. Become a  WiN monthly donor here>>
   
   
7. In agreeing to receive emails related to any of Wisdom In Nature's courses or offerings, you are agreeing to receive emails that are relevant to the course and any suggestions for further steps. You can unsubscribe anytime, and are also welcome to offer feedback on any of the emails received simply by sending a reply email.

8. Right to remove participants: Course organisers reserve the right to remove any participant from any live programmes in the event of behaviour, that according to Wisdom In Nature is significantly out of alignment with the spirit of the programme, without any reimbursement of payment. While we expect this will be unlikely - as we focus on healthy communication and feedback - we have the means to give time and attention for communicating only within our capacities. If the need exceeds our capacities, we reserve the right to take action, to support the ongoing learning and intended quality of experience for other participants.

9. Aligned communication: When participating on the SCL programme programme, WiN expects that you will keep communication via programme channels closely aligned to the programme content and coordination, and in the case of the SCL programme to serve the circle’s Aims. It is not meant for external events and notices, and promotions. Please also do not send promotional external offers to other members through any contact means you gain through participating on the programme, unless you have their explicit consent. Course organisers may, however, use course communication channels to share external notices or information if they feel it is relevant to the course.

10. Elist Database: We keep your name and email address on our elist database when you sign up. Every email we send through the elist includes a link to opt out of receiving future emails.
    
    
11.  Sharing information with third parties: We do not sell your personal information to any individual or organisation. The third parties we currently use related to our courses are: Membervault for hosting online courses; Mailerlite for newsletters; Google groups, Google Drive and BandApp (for some live courses); and Squarespace for our main website. We may also occasionally use other third parties.
